Starting with just an idea, our Front-End (or Creative Developers as we like to call them), are tasked with not only producing first class code, but also coming up with award-winning, beautiful design. Combining creativity, passion and expertise, they transform a concept into something special we’re all proud of.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Transform ideas into working HTML, JavaScript and CSS that works well with the intended development platform for the project
  • Use creativity and knowledge of existing trends to create beautiful designs as per client brief
  • Meet with clients and provide technical and creative authority, explaining complex concepts in an easy and reassuring manner to non-technical clients
  • Develop new applications or make enhancements to existing ones according to project needs
  • Assist the project manager to highlight project risks
  • Work with sales and account managers to determine business requirements, project objectives, cost estimates and time frames
  • Have a fair commercial understanding of the projects you are involved with, taking a pragmatic approach to development
  • Continually hone your knowledge of design and technologies through events, blogs and publications to ensure you and your peers can produce high quality work in a productive manner

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 3+ years experience in a front-end development position, preferably within an agency environment
  • Practical HTML, JS & SS experience
  • An advanced ability to solve problems and deliver on projects
  • Technically astute and able to hit timeframe targets
  • Ability to create new web elements without design, based on an understanding of the design intention
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong history of successful projects where you have played an instrumental role
